Clinical Practice Bundle

Our goal is to bridge the gap between academia and clinical practice. The curriculum within the clinical practice membership focuses on topics that we believe are the most clinically relevant. We will connect the basic sciences to clinical practice, explore the intricacies of disease, and teach you how to approach any diagnostic problem you encounter.

Our curriculum consists of four main components:

  1. The Basic Sciences
  2. Clinical Medicine
  3. Symptoms to Diagnosis
  4. Clinical Case Studies

Earn up to 100 CAT 1 CME credits every year that are accepted by AAPA, AANP, and ANCC.

The curriculum consists of 425 hours of instruction aimed at bridging the gap between academia and clinical practice.

Access 150 hours of clinical case studies to test your knowledge as we guide you through a patient’s journey from start to finish.

Instant access to 107 hours of supplemental Q&A with fellow clinicians. Our search function enables you to easily find answers that directly relate to your practice.

Part 1: The Basic Sciences
Learn the clinical significance behind the “basic sciences” (trust us, there’s nothing basic about what you will learn). All concepts are interconnected to demonstrate their importance in disease:

  • Anatomy
  • Physiology
  • Pathology
  • Biochemistry
  • Nutrition
  • Immunology
  • Genetics

Part 2: Clinical Medicine
We will take a disease-based approach and begin by focusing on a specific disease. From there, we will cover the following topics:

  • Overview of the disease
  • Epidemiology
  • Risk factors
  • Signs and symptoms
  • Diagnostic workup
  • Management

Our clinical medicine series will teach the nuances of internal and primary care medicine across every organ system:

  • Cardiology
  • Pulmonology
  • Hematology
  • Orthopedics
  • Rheumatology
  • Gastroenterology
  • Hematology
  • Nephrology
  • Endocrinology
  • Neurology
  • Psychiatry
  • Dermatology
  • Obstetrics, Gynecology, and Reproductive Health

Part 3: Symptoms to Diagnosis
We will take a symptom-based approach and begin by focusing on a specific chief complaint. From there, we will cover the following topics:

  • How to approach your patient
  • Formulating the differential diagnosis
  • The diagnostic workup based on your findings
  • Management of your patient (even if you don’t have a clear diagnosis)

Part 4: Clinical Case Studies
This is where we will put together everything you have learned. Test your clinical knowledge as we guide you through a patient’s journey from beginning to end.

Clinical Practice Workshops

As part of your membership, you will have complimentary access to every workshop. We host 1-2 workshops per month and provide recordings in case you are unable to attend.

Priority Support

Although our program is self-paced, we offer access to our community of 1,500 fellow clinicians. You can collaborate with members, engage in thoughtful discussions about patient cases, and stay up-to-date.

Our course instructors are available Monday to Friday to answer any questions you may have.

If you have a technical question, our support team is readily available via email, text message, and directly within our private community.

Practicing medicine can feel lonely and overwhelming. But, we are here to tell you it doesn’t have to be that way.

Live Weekly Q&A Calls

If you need additional guidance, you can join our instructors on Zoom to ask more nuanced clinical questions.

Our calls are designed to help you get in-depth answers and learn new clinical insights.

If you are unable to attend, don’t worry! We record every session so you can watch and re-watch at your convenience. Our unique search function allows you to easily find answers from any video lesson. The search results will also take you to the exact spot in the video, so you won’t waste any time!

These sessions are invaluable because they provide an opportunity to learn the art of medicine. While textbooks and courses can help you understand clear-cut concepts, it is only through conversation that you can truly grasp the nuances and complexities of real life.
