This community is for clinicians wishing to learn and advance their clinical knowledge. You can post questions related to any lessons (free or paid). Please refrain from posting clinical questions regarding real patients.

We’ll also use the community space to post announcements, updates, educational lectures, and clinical vignettes.

Every Monday and Thursday we post a new multiple-choice question. The following day, we’ll post the correct answer along with:

  • How the entire community answered (see how you stack up to your colleagues)

  • An explanation as to why the answer is correct and why the others are incorrect

  • Additional thoughts and pearls we feel are pertinent

Lastly, we’ll recognize our most active members (after all, a community is nothing without you)! We’ll have a new member of the month who will receive one month of free access to the Medgeeks program of their choice 🤓. With three ways to earn points (presence, contribution, participation), anyone can win!

You’ll receive access to our live clinical case series! Every Tuesday at 6:00 pm PST, we’ll go live to showcase new case studies. We’ll go through the patient presentation as a group, covering work-up and putting together your differential diagnosis, management, and follow-up.

Our curriculum follows the PANCE, PANRE, and PANRE-LA blueprint and is the perfect review for exams or as a refresher for those in practice. Thousands of nurse practitioners have also used our notes and study guides to pass their exams and boards (ANCC and AANP).

The notes are a more in-depth review, while the study guides focus on the seven core questions you must know for exams:

  • What is the most common sign, symptom, complication,  etc.?
  • What is the most likely diagnosis?
  • What is the next best step?
  • What is the best initial test?
  • What is the most accurate test?
  • What is the treatment of choice?
  • What is the second-line treatment?

Complimentary bonus: you’ll also get free access to our guide, How To Study Medicine.

Join Dr. Niket Sonpal every Monday as he breaks down complex medical topics, debunks myths, and helps you stay up-to-date in medicine. The podcast, launched on October 27, 2013, has produced close to 400 episodes, roughly 5 million downloads, and 1,000+ 5-star reviews.

We also make the transcripts (edited to read more like articles) available to all members of the community.

This the most comprehensive EKG review on the market; created for any clinician (physician, nurse practitioner, and/or physician assistant) needing to reliably read and understand the EKG. The training is led by Dr. Judy Finney, who is board certified in internal medicine, cardiovascular diseases, and interventional cardiology.

Our program is packed with real world experience by someone who’s seen thousands of EKGs in their career.

The goal is to have you feeling confident reading EKGs so that you can better provide for the patient in front of you.

We’ll be teaching, simplifying, and condensing everything into 16.5 hours of high-yield clinical EKG review. Learn by watching our video lectures or use our audio-only feature to listen to each lecture on the go (learn while running errands, at the gym, or while commuting). You’ll also be able to read through our high-yield notes and practice EKGs.
